The proactively and follow through is excellent and there is always a TGW staffer available to help when the unexpected happens. I had a couple instances of pickup times being late or unable to make it but it was not a TGW problem, just that it’s can be impossible to get a shuttle to every destination through some of the Carnaval street parties and thousands of people celebrating. TGW rescheduled events and tours to assure that I missed nothing I wanted to be a part of. TGW will take great care of you and treat you to the best experience possible.
