What’s with your company NAME?

We named our company “TGW” in the spirit of fun. We at TGW believe that everyone, regardless of age, would like to “Go Wild” and have fun! Whether that means partying on the streets of Rio de Janeiro for Carnival, Running with the Bulls in Pamplona, or seeing a lively Tango or Samba Show, is purely up to the traveler. Our packages, tours and activities can always be customized, toned up/or down and accommodate ANY traveller of ANY AGE!

Who Travels With TGW? Is this for Me?

Typically young professionals between 25 and 45 travel with TGW both male and female. Some destinations are more popular with guys and others with our female travelers. Whether you are 18 or 80 (we have had travelers up to 90 years old!) we can find a right package for you! TGW is really for everyone, both for the young and the “young at heart” and we can tone up/or down the level and amount of partying in any package (or eliminate it entirely and provide you a seamless hassle free PRIVATE package with no nightlife activities) if need be.

What do the packages include?

Most of our packages include airfare, accommodations, airport transfers, a city tour, & our SIGNATURE Nightlife Services, which will be customized for the client or optional.

Do I have to purchase the entire package?

No, you do not have to purchase the entire package. A lot of our clients have frequent flyer miles and only need the land portion of the trip, so we accommodate that. As far as our Nightlife Service, We do not typically sell it on its own, although there may be rare exceptions/circumstances where we can do so, subject to approval by management. Additionally, clients find that booking the entire package in a bundle is a much better value anyway. If you are over the party scene, we can also sell you the package without the Nightlife Service and include additional tours.

What does the Nightlife Service include?

For most destinations, the Nightlife Service includes: Local VIP Host , Cover Charges, Transportation to the clubs, Front of Line Privileges, VIP Area Access & Tables (where applicable), & Optional Bottle Service. In Ibiza, this service is Optional and we include only club entry with our standard Ibiza Packages.

Can I purchase a package if I live somewhere other than the United States?

Yes. Our clients are from all over the world and we can sell a travel package to anyone worldwide. Additionally, we can also provide airfare from any city in the world.

Are there set departure dates or can I just pick my dates?

For our “Special Events Packages”, there will be set departure dates. For our “Destination Packages”, you can pick any dates you would like, provided that destination is not seasonal (winter in Ibiza for example.)

Can I customize my trip to include additional cities or destinations?

Absolutely. We can customize your package and add as many destinations/cities and add ons you would like. (Adding a Machu Pichu extension to a Colombia trip for example or an Egypt or Turkey extension to a Greek Island trip, or adding the Amazon or other cities to a Rio trip are just a few examples.)

Do you accommodate single travelers?

Absolutely! Many singles travel with TGW in order to join groups of fun like minded travellers and have a great time. For single travelers, we recommend our Special Event trips because of the large number of single travellers in these groups. If you can’t make it for a special event, just let us know the dates that you want to travel and we’ll try to accommodate you with a group that is already traveling. Additionally, TGW can help you find a roommate in order to pay the “double” price on any trip and avoid a single supplement.

Do you provide people with roommates?

For some of our Special Event Packages, we can provide people with roommate options. Those are more of group trips so we do get a lot of roommate requests.

Do you accommodate couples?

OF COURSE!!! We have tons of couples that travel with us all the time. We can provide you from a romantic, honeymoon getaway to a fun, crazy trip with your loved one.

Do you offer group or other discounts?

Yes, we do. We offer group discounts and special payment plans for groups of 10 or more people as well as discounts for active military personnel and repeat TGW Guests.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, wire transfers, money orders & cashier’s checks. We do NOT accept personal checks.

How can I pay with a credit card?

Once everything is confirmed, we will send you a payment link and you can pay online. If you do not have access to the internet, you will need to fax/email a filled out Credit Card Authorization to our office.

Can someone else purchase my trip for me?

Yes, but that person needs to fill out & fax a Credit Card Authorization Form to our office along with a copy of an ID and the back/front of the credit card.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, but it depends on your package and when you book it. For destination packages, the initial payment is the full price of the flight plus 30% of the accommodation cost with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure. For Special Event packages, it is always good to book early and payment plans will differ but are usually the final price divided into 3 equal payments.

What happens if I have to change my dates?

If you have to change your dates, let us know ASAP. For airlines, a change fee will be applied as well as any price difference in the new fare. The accommodation depends on availability, so if the hotel is still available there will not be a problem. If it isn’t, we will try to accommodate you at a hotel or apartment of the same value.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

If you need to cancel your trip, we need a written confirmation via email that you are cancelling your trip.

How can I protect myself if I need to cancel because of an emergency?

Travel Insurance!!! We urge everyone that books with us to purchase travel insurance. If you have to cancel for an emergency, most policies will refund you the total amount of your package. Click on the following link to check out the insurance we recommend: Add Travel Insurance.

What travel documents do I need?

Everyone that travels outside the country needs a passport. US Citizens can check out this link for passport information:

Other than a passport, what else do I need?

Some countries require travel visas. Out of our destinations, the only one that requires a visa for US citizens is Brazil. To find out more information regarding a Visa for Brazil or any of our other destinations, Click Here. If you are not a US Citizen and need information, please check with your destination’s embassy in your country or ask a TGW representative.

Does TGW handle the visa or travel document process?

No, we will help you as much as possible in filling out the applications and answering any questions you may have but are not a visa processing company. We partner up with one of the best travel document processing companies in the US and highly recommend you to use them.

When do I receive my travel vouchers and nightlife itinerary?

You will receive your travel vouchers and trip information about 2 weeks before your trip and once you have paid in full. We wait for 2 weeks before the trip because of the nightlife aspect. Clubs change all of the time and some special events aren’t announced until a couple of weeks before the trip.

Can I purchase optional activities or extra services before the trip?

Yes, We highly recommend you purchase any extras before you commence your trip. Some activities and services sell out, so it’s better to have everything already planned before your trip.

What do I need to do when I’m ready to book?

When you are ready to book, we need for you to send us your exact name as it appears on your passport. We need that information to reserve the flights and hotels. Once availability is confirmed, you can make your payment.
