He was polite, patient, knowledgeable, fun, enthusiastic, and professional. The package/itinerary created by TGW was great! The customer service we received in route to Brazil and while in Rio was the best I’ve had and I’m over 40!! Everyone was polite and helpful from the airport to hotel, venues, and the tours!!
