Whenever we had any questions and/or required any additional services or requests, whether it was while booking with them, during our wait time for our trips to happen, and/or during both our trips in November, 2018 and in February, 2020, both Santiago and Art were there for us all of the time, during all of their waking hours and into the late night hours while they were assisting at different TGW venues. They gave 110% of themselves to make sure that they were providing us with utmost customer services. They went over and above to make sure that everything was going to plan and smoothly for us.
