“TGW company staff were always personable and professional in that they provided prompt response at any given time, which gave us the reassurance during our stay for the first time in this country e.g. intrepretating the language differences, making sure we did not miss out on anything that was included on our tour, always leaving a message to confirm pick up times if required and most importantly ensuring our safety towards the end of the night or should I say early hours of the morning etc, etc.”
