Our Ibiza Concierge Standard service is a bit more personal than just table reservations at the clubs. We’re glad to be able to provide this services to all the groups or clients who coming to Ibiza.
Ibiza Concierge Standard Service Description:
Before your trip, an Ibiza expert will offer you a consultation to assist you in choosing the best parties for your week. After choosing your party nights, we will negotiate with the clubs to get you the best possible price for your desired table.
Once you are in Ibiza, you will have access via phone or email to your Ibiza Rep during specific hours.
Inclusions:
- One week of Comprehensive on-Island Concierge Service
- Pre-Trip Itinerary planning and guidance 11:00 am to 6:00 pm European Time
- On-Island access to Concierge Team from 11:00 am to Midnight each day.
- Your choice of Phone, Email Access
- Access to the best VIP tables booked by our Concierge Team
- Expert assistance with Yacht bookings
- Expert booking service for Beach Club Reservations
- Our expert concierge team available to assist with fulfilling any client and guest

Please Note:
- You will have a consulting session with your TGW Rep with all of the club/party options for your week.
- Once clubs are decided, your VIP Host will start negotiating with the clubs to get you the best deal on minimum consumption rates for tables.
- The minimum consumption is NOT included in our price, you need to pay the minimum consumption directly with the club.
- With our know-how & experience working with the clubs year after year, we can get you the best possible deals.
- We will let you know the min. consumption for each night before your trip, but depending on the party it will range between 200– 500 Euros per person.
- Advance Booking is Highly Recommended
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Minimum age is 18 years
