Ibiza Elite Concierge Description:
A TGW Representative will meet you at your hotel when you arrive in Ibiza to welcome you to the island as well as meet you at the clubs each night. We will have a number that you can call while in Ibiza for any questions as well as Restaurant & Beach Club reservations. This is the essential service to make sure all your needs in Ibiza are taken care of.
Inclusions:
- One week of Comprehensive on-Island Concierge Service
- Pre-Trip Itinerary planning and guidance 11:00 am to 6:00 pm European Time.
- VIP meet and greet service upon arrival to Ibiza
- On-Island access to Concierge Agent from touchdown to departure

- Access to the best VIP tables on the Island
- Expert assistance with Yacht bookings
- Expert booking service for Beach Club Reservations
- Members of our VIP concierge team, will where possible, meet & greet when
you arrive at venues. - Our expert concierge team are available to assist with fulfilling any client and
guest request.
Please Note:
- You will have a consulting session with your TGW Rep with all of the club/party options for your week.
- Once clubs are decided, your VIP Host will start negotiating with the clubs to get you the best deal on minimum consumption rates for tables as well as the best table position.
- Please note that the minimum consumption is NOT included in our price, Â and you will need to pay the minimum consumption directly to the club.
- We will let you know the minimum consumption for each night before your trip, but depending on the party it will range between 200 – 500 Euros per person per club/party.
- Advance booking is essential for popular clubs
- We can also upgrade this service so that you have a VIP Host/Driver and bodyguard for 8 to 10 hours each day.
