Yes — all packages are fully customizable. After you submit your request, we’ll send you a personalized quote with 3, 4, and 5-star hotel options and NYE package inclusions. What is the New Year’s Eve experience like in Rio?

After midnight, return to the party to continue celebrating into the early hours, with music, drinks, and breakfast included. Your hotel is within walking distance, so you can return anytime—though most guests stay out until sunrise.

Is this a group trip or a private experience?

Our trips offer a small-group, hybrid experience. You’ll join other TGW travelers for select events—especially nightlife and New Year’s celebrations—while still having plenty of free time to relax, explore the beach, or add tours and activities at your own pace.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

No — we offer flexible payment plans to secure your spot and pay over time. A higher initial deposit is required to lock in hotel accommodations for New Year’s. Please note that packages are non-refundable, and we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

Can I book just the New Year’s Eve party or services only?

We offer complete travel packages only, which include accommodations and New Year’s Eve experiences. This allows us to ensure a seamless, well-organized trip. All packages can be customized based on your preferences, but NYE events are not sold separately.
