Santiago City Tour Description:

The Santiago City Tour starts as a walking tour around the historic, commercial and residential zones of Santiago. It will visit the Government Palace “La Moneda”, (Palacio de La Moneda, or simply La Moneda, is the seat of the President of the Republic of Chile.

It also houses the offices of three cabinet ministers: Interior, General Secretariat of the Presidency and General Secretariat of the Government), the historic center with the Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, main Post Office and City Hall, etc.

After this, we will head to the main street in the city, ‘La Alameda’, allowing tourists to see the Parque Forestal, the San Cristóbal Hill, and the Bohemian neighborhood of Bellavista.

The tour will now head towards the residential and business areas that are only a few minutes away from the foothills of the Andes.

New regions like Santa María de Manquehue, Las Condes and Vitacura merge together with important architectural areas like El Golf.

Las Condes is known for its chic hotels and lively dining scene, ranging from high-end Chilean and Japanese restaurants to fast-food chains.

This is where we recommend going for a happy hour or shopping as you can find many high-end malls in this area. Finally, the tour will make its way back to the hotels.
