The best time to go is during dry season. July to October offer the best combination of both comfortable temperature and animal sightings as the wildlife will tend to stay nearer to the remaining stretches of water. November to April is the Rainy season in the wetlands and when there are the most insects. The low season starts in December and continues until March when prices are lowest, however, it can get very rainy and humid.
The Brazilian Pantanal is divided into North & South. We mostly offer the Northern part of the Brazilian Pantanal because our suppliers there offer a higher quality experience in terms of seeing wildlife and comfort. The closest city with an airport to the Northern part of the Pantanal is Cuiaba.
