Sample Itinerary

Rio New Year’s Eve Travel Packages Sample Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Rio + VIP Nightlife
Arrive in Rio in the morning (ideal for overnight flights). A TGW representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel in Copacabana or Ipanema. Spend the day relaxing before your first VIP nightlife experience at one of Rio’s top clubs.

Day 2 – Rio Highlights Tour + VIP Nightlife
Enjoy a Rio highlights tour featuring Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain. After time to freshen up and have dinner, head out for your second VIP nightlife experience with TGW staff.

Day 3 – Copacabana Fireworks + VIP New Year’s Eve Celebration
Relax during the day before the big night. In the evening, your TGW host will escort the group to an exclusive New Year’s Eve celebration at a premium Copacabana venue featuring dinner, open bar, live entertainment, and premium views of the city’s most iconic night.

As midnight approaches, your TGW host will walk the group down to Copacabana Beach to experience the world-famous fireworks celebration directly on the sand. After the fireworks, head back to the party to continue celebrating until sunrise, with breakfast included before the night comes to an unforgettable close.

Because the party venue is walking distance from your hotel, guests who prefer to return earlier can do so at any time.

Day 4 – Relax & Recover
A free day and night to enjoy the beach, recover from the celebration, or relax by your hotel pool.

Day 5 – Beach Day or Optional Adventures
Spend the day enjoying Rio at your own pace. Optional add-ons include hang gliding, dinners shows, hiking, helicopter rides, or the Tijuca Forest Jeep Tour.

Day 6 – Departure
TGW airport transfer and departure.

For travelers looking for a more private Rio stay, we can easily build the package around luxury hotels, sightseeing, dinner reservations and exclusive experiences instead.
